- February 2024: Budget reflects 2023-24 expenses on the University of Edinburgh academic year study abroad program. 2024-25 program expenses not available yet.
- Program Fee varies depending on the program selected. Amount reflected included host university tuition, orientation and housing.
- Housing: Included in the Program Fee. The housing portion of the program fee assumes self-catered, shared accommodations. Students in catered housing, single accommodations or enhanced accommodations could be subject to supplemental charges. Please refer to the specific program's Accommodation page on the Arcadia website for more details.
- Food varies depending on the program selected. Amount reflected is based on the cost of meals prepared by the student in the residence facilities provided.
- Visa: Host country entry requirements and expenses vary depending on program selected and passport status. Amount reflected includes the application fee ($462), healthcare surcharge ($599) and round-trip UPS shipping (around $50). This estimate also includes a fee of $313 for priority service which is recommended by Arcadia, but not required for visa processing. Visa fees are subject to change.
- NOTE: Arcadia requires a non-refundable $500 program deposit fee (payable directly to Arcadia).
- Personal/miscellaneous and travel (local) expenses vary depending on personal spending and travel habits.
- Airfare varies. Amount reflected above is an average roundtrip flight from MKE to EDI.
